imagining that there is a light in the center of your heart
that is warming, softening, healing, releasing
anything that feels sticky or stuck
or tight or heavy
in its own time, in its own way
Allowing the breath to move throughout your heart and through your whole entire body, continuing on in that way for as long as you like.
