Starved Rock is an ancient sacred site. We’ll begin this meditation by gathering in a circle, acknowledging and giving thanks to the earth and the people who lived here. I’ll give some guidance for paying attention to signs and symbols as we walk. We’ll set some intentions, and then engage with the trail in a meditative state, with pauses and prompts along the way, wrapping up with some space for shared reflection at the end.
